Friday post If the world were to end

This was my favorite part of writing this week. We got inspiration from the book, The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. We had to write about what we would do if we were suddenly told that this was our last day on earth. Underneath is my writing.

If this was my last day on earth I would start it off with a nice big breakfast of hashbrowns, onion rings, chicken tenders, and samosas. The hashbrowns would be cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside but soft and squishy on the inside. I would make sure the samosas crisp, thin pastry is dark brown. Now, the onion rings need to be crumbed with 3mm of batter to get them to the crisp edges you want.

After my delicious breakfast, I would pack all my stuff into our car. Then I’ll go to a mountain where I can mountain climb up a cliff face with a big overhang. The overhang would have lots of handholds but only for your hands, so it would be a fun challenge. After the climbing, I would go over to Nandos and get a  hot spicy chicken sandwich.

When my filling lunch has settled, I would go to timezone with $1000 of my own money to spend. I would win lots of tickets to get hundreds of sticky hands to slap my friends and family with. Since we will be at Riccarton mall, we would go and get some snacks like m&ms, skittles, corn chips, and salsa. With all the snacks we have, we will go to the movies and see Playing With Fire.

With all the activities out of the way, I will go home and have a nice Mexican taco dinner. The tacos will be crispy and the lime and jalapeno chicken with fit right in with the lettuce, grated carrot, and sauces. That would be my last day on earth.

Mad scientist(Jeremiah)

For literacy today we had to create a mad scientist. He could be mad about anything you wanted him to be mad about. My mad scientist is mad about destroying the world population of frogs. The reason why he does want to destroy the world population of frogs is because as a child his parents made him eat frogs every day.

Math measurement, capacity and weight.

For the second day of online learning for maths, we did Measurement, capacity, and weight. What we had to do was find an item in or outside of our house and estimate how much it weighed, how long it was and it's capacity. We had to do this in most of the terms humans use like ML L KL for capacity and so on.
